The second 17-year-old girl who had survived the jump from the sixth floor succumbed to her heavy injuries early on Thursday evening, the hospital announced.
The high-school student was hospitalized in ICU of KAT hospital with serious head injuries, bruises to liver and lung, as well as a severe fracture on the pelvis.
More than 20 doctors from different specialties were struggling to stabilize the girl.
Together with a friend of the same age who live in the building with her family, the girl jumped from the rooftop of an apartment building in Ilioupoli suburb of eastern Athens at noon on Tuesday. Her friend died on the spot.
She had left a letter to her parents expressing her distress ahead of the university entrance exams.
The two teenager girls had taken the keys to the terrace from the apartment building in which one of them lived. They locked the rooftop door and jumped into the void.

The letter was reportedly in a backpack the girl who died on Thursday had left on the rooftop.
