The thunderstorm that hit Athens after 10 o’ clock Saturday night was kind of unprecedented. The one thunder followed the next one in very short intervals and there were times, when one heard the loud noise coming from all sides.
The thunder and lightning were much more powerful and certainly more impressive than the rain that followed.
