The bodies of a British couple were found in the house they had been renting for the last nine years in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, at noon on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
The bodies were found by the owner of the house who called the police.
According to preliminary investigation, there were no signs that the 74-year-old man and the 72-year-old woman fell victims to criminal activity.
The bodies were in a state of advanced decay, and neighbors told media that they had not seen them for a couple of days.
