Former PM of Greece, who took the country to IMF and felt he was misunderstood by his own people. The PM who was toppled by his own party deputies as they were proven unable to understand the vision of “one of Top 100 Global Thinkers”.
George Papandreou is looking for a freelance job to improve the family finances. With a child studying abroad and a wife who is not working, it is obvious that the compensation he receives as elected Member of the Parliament – hardly 5,500 euro per month – is not enough for the sports-savvy former Prime Minister.
