Davutoglu stated that they were following the issue, the two countries had positive relations and in such time it is better to abstain unilateral steps during his visit of Governor of Izmir Cahit Kirac, within scope of the Fifth Ambassadors Conference.

Davutoglu also said that they have made progress in determining the date for the high-level strategic cooperation council with Greece and added, “Therefore, while Turkey-Greece relations have gained acceleration, it carries great importance to move together in this process.” (worldbulletin)
