No party gains or even nears the absolute majority, a fact that would lead to coalition government should the elections be held on upcoming Sunday.
The ND-PASOK coalition government seems to suffer losses due to tensions in social fields (civil servants mobility scheme, situation in health sector etc), while SYRIZA does not manage to clearly lead in the preference of the austerity-hit Greeks.
Neo-Nazi Golden Dawn seems to build the alternative for those fed up with the economic crisis and the corrupt political system.
Former Samaras’ coalition partner Democratic Left suffers severe losses, while also Independent Greeks do not manage to stand out of the line.
Communist KKE more or less keeps its rates.
60% of the Greeks oppose early elections, although many seem them as “inevitable”.
I guess it should read SYRIZA 30.5% – Nea Dimocratia 29% …
