EU leaders nominated former Prime Minister of Luxembourg Jean-Claude Juncker to be President of the European Commission. All EU leaders? All, except UK PM David Cameron and Hungarian PM Viktor Orban voted against Juncker. He is expected to win a vote by European Parliament MPs.
Despite, Cameron’s strong opposition, 26 out of 28 EU members followed the line of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
