Athens: riot policeman who punched protester in handcuffs says he did it because…

Hardly had the Greek Police Administration ordered an internal investigation to identify the riot policeman who kicked and punched a protester in handcuffs on Saturday night and the policeman voluntarily turn up in the headquarters  to give testimony as to why he punched the arrested protester. According to media reports, the man admitted the punches and the kicks saying that he could not do otherwise as
“the protester swore at his mother who is dying from cancer.”
The incident was recorded by the camera of Reuters and the footage went worldwide as the case of police violence during the protests in Athens.
