“Je suis Charlie” tribute held in Athens and Thessaloniki

Carrying placards reading “Je suis Charlie” dozens of people paid a tribute to the victims of the satirical newspaper “Charlie Hebdo”, a days after the massacre that left 12 people dead and 10 injured. The solidarity meeting took place outside the French Institute in downtown Athens.

Among the ordinary people were also several politicians or wannabe politicians  who made the usual blahblahblah-comments of solidarity with the victims and used the sad event for self-promotion.
