Two young British tourists lost their lives in a traffic accident in the broader area of Profitis Ilias mountain on the island of Santorini on Sunday.
The couple was on a buggy that fell into a 200-meter deep ravine.
For unknown reasons the driver lost control of the motorcycle that fell in the ravine fatally injuring driver and co-driver.
The Fire Service launched an operation which was difficult due to the geo-morphology of the area.

According to local media, at least one of the bodies was identified, it belong to a UK national, a woman aged 25.
According to latest information, both the man and the woman are 26 years old and both are British nationals.
A young man had lost his life in the same area last year, local media describe the road as a “death trap.”
