While I love seeing the numbers drop, I don’t think this is sustainable. Everywhere I go on Crete, the rules are flouted. No social distancing, little observance of mask-wearing. Most nights, I hear the loud noise of young people spreading their germs until after 3 a.m. No law enforcement in sight. I can’t wait to get out of Greece and its doomed population.
What are you waiting for?
