Greece to soon announce social media ban for children under 15, a government source told international news agency Reuters.
Greece is “very close” to announcing a social media ban for children aged under 15, a senior government source told Reuterson Tuesday.
Spain said on Tuesday that it plans to ban social media for those aged under 16 and will create a law to hold social media executives personally responsible for hate speech on their platforms.
Also Portugal is considering a similar ban for children under 15.

It sounds good, but I wonder how the social media executives can keep those under 15 out with accuracy.
We’ve banned social media in the schools. The kids use VPN or data to circumvent. In Australia there are new social media networks popping up. Kids were saying they just have found other ways to log in. It’s a good idea all around, but it will be hard to make work and implement.
