Greek seamen on 48h strike, Jan 31-Feb 1/2013

Greek seamen will launch a 48-hour strike on January 31st and February 1st 2013. The strike will start at 6 a.m. on January 31st. Seamen protest the new multi-bill of Maritime ministry which indirectly foresees among others that seamen can easily lose their work places.

If you have to use the sea ways, check with local port authorities as occasionally local seamen do not strike.
