New coronavirus cases in Greece have dropped on Sunday, however the decrease may not correspond to the real situation as half of the daily tests were carried out due to the weekend. Health authorities announced 1,193 new cases and 98 more deaths in the last 24 hours. The number of intubated Covid-19 patients stands at 603.
Death toll has reached 2,321 and the total cases 104,227.
There has been a major issue regarding the Covid-19 data after two conservative mainstream newspapers alleged that there are “two registry systems,” casting doubt on the data credibility.
The government is putting a price cap on Covid-19 tests, molecular PCR and Rapid Test.
