Greece’s authorities announced on Monday the increase of the number of passengers in vehicles and taxis in addition to the driver from May 24, 2021.
According to a joint ministerial decision, the number of passengers in addition to the driver increases to
three (3) in taxis, special rental vehicles, as well as in vehicles with driver up to 7 seats.
The number of passengers increases to four in special private vehicles with driver up to 9 seats.
The number of passengers increases to 3 in double-cabin vehicles and VAN type vehicles.
It should be recalled that when the restriction was up to two passengers plus the driver, exempted where families with minor children.
