Greece’s National Meteorological Service EMY updated its Emergency Weather Deterioration Bulletin issued on November 9, 2023, on Sunday based on the latest forecast data.
From Sunday evening, November 12, a new weather system from the north-west will reach Greece with heavy rainfalls and storms.
It will initially affect western Greece, gradually move to the rest of the mainland on Monday and further to the eastern and southern islands regions.

Updated Weather Warning
a. From the evening hours of Sunday until the early morning hours of Monday affected will be the northern Ionian islands, Epirus, western Sterea and western Peloponnese.
b. From the early hours of Monday until noon the southern Ionian islands, the western Sterea, the western and southern Peloponnese (probably Kythera, western Crete and Thrace) and gradually the eastern Sterea (including Attica), Evia, the Cyclades -mainly the central and southern- and the eastern Aegean.
c. From noon on Monday until the evening hours the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese. (source: EMY.gr)
