A new wave of Sahara Dust is coming to Greece that currently enjoys a fair weather with full sunshine and ‘early summer’ temperatures of almost up to 30 degrees Celsius.
According to meteorologist of Open TV, Klearhos Maroysakis, a barometric low off the coast of north Africa will bring large amounts of Saraha dust as of Sunday, April 14, 2024.
The phenomenon will mostly affect southern and central Greece and will last until the first days of the upcoming week.

Weather in general
According to Marousakis’ forecast, north winds will persist but will be less intense on Wednesday, April 10 , while from tomorrow, Thursday, April 11, they will be enhanced in the central and southern Aegean Sea.
Sunshine will prevail across the country with a few clouds appearing in the south.
Temperatures in Attica will reach 28 degrees Celsius and 26°C in Thessaloniki.
