The Holy Fire came to Greece from Jerusalem per airplane, Jesus Christ has risen for one more time, Orthodox Christians lit their candles, kissed each other, exchanged wishes and rushed to a food orgy independently of whether they kept the 40-day or the Holy-Week Lent or not.
This year, I find not joy in the Resurrection and all the traditional festivities, despite the delicious Easter Lunch with dearest friends..
Their is so much pain in the world, nowadays, and the conflicts that cost thousands of human lives do not seem to de-escalate soon.
