Greek Atheists Association is organizing a Meat Supper event on Good Friday, the day when Greek Orthodoxes are supposed to keep a very strict Lent avoiding to consume even oil. “We refrain from mourning and fasting but not from logic, and especially from the representatives’ commands of alleged supernatural beings,” the Greek atheists said in a statement inviting everyone to join the dinner in Grill taverns in Athens, Thessaloniki and Xanthi on Friday, April 29th 2016.
They call the event “The Disclosed Supper” in opposition to the Last Supper which in Greek is “Secret Supper.”

PS it seems as if the meat dinner event will start at 8 pm…. OMG! an hour before the Epithaphios procession where priests and the faithful take the large embroidered cloth of the “Lamentation upon the Grave” to the streets of Orthodox Greece.
This is not atheism. A true atheist would go about his/her day without any acknowledgement of Good Friday or any other Christian holiday. The fact that they want to not only acknowledge the Last Supper but to also defile it is satanism. Big difference.
They will roast in hell. Everyone is invited to Satan’s tavern to eat a slice of those impious.
I had a meat supper last night: barbecued beef and chicken. I don’t see what it has to do with religion, because I pay no attention to archaic beliefs and rituals. However, I rarely eat meat anyway — as it is not a good diet for those not engaged in heavy physical work.
In archaic times most humans were much more developed and had no religion; a main reason creating religion – by stealing from ancient tales about “gods”(translation-mistake) – was to justify to eat members of household.
