Greek June 17/2012 Elections: Final Results on 100% of Votes Counted

Here are the final results of the June 17, 2012 elections according to Greek Interior Ministry, as released on June 18/2012 at 4 p.m.

 

 

1. ND 29.66%  129

2. SYRIZA 26.89%  71

3. PASOK 12.28%  33

4. INDEPENTENT GREEKS 7.51%  20

5. CHRYSIAVGI(GOLDENDAWN) 6.92%  18

6. DEMOCRATIC LEFT 6.26%  17

7. KKE 4.50%  12

Invalid/Blank 0.99%

From 9.952.080 registered voters, only 6.216.948 (62,47%) casted their votes. Abstention was high with 37.53% although Greeks living abroad are not allowed to vote.
