A cat is strolling with a morning purpose early on Thursday in the residential area of Mirabello Lakes in eastern Crete. Suddenly she realizes that something is wrong.
She stops and looks around anxious. She runs away from the scene in panic.
A few seconds later, the seismic vibration begins and a loud sound.

The cat seems to have been filmed with a security camera and appears to confirm the ability of animals to sense an earthquake before it occurs or before the tremor waves reach a specific area.
The earthquake struck with a magnitude of 6.1 on the Richter scale the island of Crete at 6:19 on Thursday morning with it epicenter to have been 58 km in the sea area in the north of Lasithi. The earthquake caused material damages across the island in the southern Aegean Sea. More information, pictures and videos HERE on KTG.
PS Of all four cats I had in my life only one is sensitive enough to sense earthquakes a bit in advance and this not always. My first kitty was completely indifferent to tremors, even though we lived in a highly seismic country. Apparently she had copy-pasted my …insensibility to earthquakes.

this article is very useful, thank you for making a good article
the birds also go quiet at exactly the same time …. aminals are more sensitive than us
