Three Turkish drones flew for one more time within the Athens FIR without filing a flight plan, violating air traffic rules.
As announced by the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, the three Turkish drones committed four (4) violations of the Athens FIR, in the southeastern Aegean Sea, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
The Turkish aircraft were identified in accordance with international rules, as standard practice.

PS thank-goodness, there were not Russian drones otherwise we would be on the verge of WWIII as in the cases of Poland and Estonia.
But Turkey is a NATO-member and therefore the NATO does not feel disturbed, bothered or threatened when drones from one NATO member – that is Turkey – violate the airspace/FIR of another NATO member, that is Greece.
